The Valerio Table Lamp is a mushroom lamp built from stacked turned wood: a half-dome foot, a flat disc, and a ball, in warm-toned hardwood with the grain left visible, topped by a brass socket and a 25cm dome shade. Four shades change the mood of the same base — a glossy sunset-orange acrylic dome that fades from yellow to red, a caramel-tinted glass dome over a frosted inner diffuser, a clear champagne glass dome that shows the bulb inside a small inner cylinder, and a crinkled handmade-paper dome that glows like a lantern. This mushroom table lamp with wood base suits a nightstand, desk, or console in mid-century, retro, or Japandi rooms, and pairs with oak or walnut furniture, linen, and brass accents.
