Inspiration

The Celadine Chandelier follows the Murano tradition of building a chandelier from many small pieces of worked glass rather than one moulded form. Each blossom is formed by hand, ruffled at the edge so it catches light unevenly, and clipped to the frame individually. Mixing tinted blossoms with clear ones keeps the color from reading as a solid mass, and hanging the whole thing on clear cable removes the last visible support — the glass appears to be holding itself in the air.

Key Features

Hand-Formed Glass Blossoms
Ruffled, textured flower-shaped glass plates — a mix of tinted and clear — clip around the frame, so it reads floral from below and from the side.
Cable Suspension, Chrome Frame
Blossoms clip to a polished chrome frame, hung on slim clear cables that nearly disappear. The drop is adjustable at install.
Round or Linear, Two Colorways
Round single- or two-tier, or a linear bar for islands. Seafoam Green reads coastal and calm; Blush Pink reads romantic.
Available Sizes

Choose shape, size and colorway at checkout — every option uses the same hand-formed blossoms, chrome frame and clear cable suspension.

Shape Inches Centimeters Bulbs

Over a table, a rough rule is a diameter about half the table width; hang the bottom 30–36″ (75–90 cm) above the surface, and leave about 7 ft of floor clearance in an open walkway. Two-tier suits stairwells and double-height entries. Need help choosing? Email info@docos.us.

FAQ

What bulbs does it take, and are they included?
All sockets are E14, set among the blossoms so the bulbs read as a glow through the glass rather than as bare lamps. The count scales with size — 6 to 20 depending on shape (see Available Sizes). 3000K warm white LED bulbs are included and fully replaceable; E14 replacements are widely stocked.
Do I need an electrician?
Recommended, yes. The fixture hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box and hangs from clear cables with the drop set at install. It's glass-heavy and gets heavier with size and tier count, so the junction box must be properly anchored to a ceiling joist, not just fixed to drywall. Indoor dry locations only.
How do I clean the glass blossoms?
Switch off and let the fixture cool first. Dust the blossoms with a soft microfiber cloth, supporting each one with your other hand so you don't stress the clip. For a deeper clean, put a little glass cleaner on the cloth rather than spraying the fixture. Wipe the chrome with a barely damp cloth and dry it immediately; avoid abrasives. Dust every few months.
Docos Murano glass lighting

Every Piece, Singular.

No two of our hand-blown lamps are alike. Yours will exist nowhere else.

Why Docos

A Thousand Years of Murano.
In Every Lamp.

On a single Venetian island, master glassblowers have shaped molten color into light since 1291. We work directly with these same artisans — fewer than a hundred remain — to bring their fire, breath, and signature into your home. Every Docos piece is hand-blown, hand-finished, and signed by its maker. There are no factories. Only furnaces, time, and a skill that cannot be hurried.

The Murano Method

Six Steps. Two Thousand Degrees.
One Heirloom.

Every Docos lamp passes through three to five master craftsmen — each step impossible to fake, hurry, or outsource.

Gathering molten glass
01

Gathering

Pulled from the 1,150°C furnace — the moment glass becomes possibility.

Coloring with metallic oxides
02

Coloring

Layered with metallic oxides — copper for green, gold for ruby, cobalt for deep blue.

Glassblower shaping by breath
03

Shaping

Blown and turned by breath alone — the maestro's lungs sculpting the silhouette.

Hand-sculpting glass details
04

Sculpting

Petals, leaves, and finials pulled by hand while the glass still glows orange.

Annealing oven
05

Annealing

Cooled across 24 hours — the silent step that locks in lifetime strength.

Maestro signing finished piece
06

Signing

Each lamp inspected, numbered, and signed by the maestro who made it.

One-of-a-Kind

No Two Pieces Alike.
That's the Promise of Murano.

The swirls, bubbles, and color shifts in your Docos lamp aren't flaws to be polished away. They're fingerprints — proof your light was breathed into being by a single artisan, on a single morning, from a single gather of glass. Mass-produced lighting can be replaced. Yours cannot.

Sommerso layered glass

Sommerso. Layered.

Colors dipped layer by layer, suspended in crystal — a depth that shifts as light moves.

Pulegoso bubbled glass

Pulegoso. Bubbled.

Trapped air scattered like champagne — every bubble catching the bulb behind it.

Battuto hammered glass

Battuto. Hammered.

Hand-struck facets that fracture light like cut stone — each strike unrepeatable.
