Inspiration

The Keldon Table Lamp started from the space-age lamps of the late 1960s and early ’70s, when designers worked with molded plastic and spun metal and drew lamps shaped like mushrooms and soft clouds. We kept that rounded outline: a wide white dome with a shallow dip at its center, resting on a flared metal stem like the foot of a tulip glass. The shapes are kept simple, with nothing added to the dome or the base. Lit, the whole dome glows evenly, like a small moon set down on the table.

Will it fit on my side table or nightstand?
At Dia 39cm/15.4″ × H 41cm/16.1″, it is a wide lamp, best on a side table, console, dresser or sideboard at least 40cm/16″ across. On a small nightstand, check the surface width first.
What kind of light does it give?
Soft, even ambient light. The white acrylic dome diffuses the LED with no visible light source, and light falls down and around the base. It works as mood and accent light rather than a reading lamp.
Does it need bulbs?
No. The LED is built in, so there are no bulbs to buy or replace.
How do I clean the acrylic dome?
Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it. Avoid alcohol, glass cleaner and solvents, which can cloud or scratch acrylic.
