These were exactly what I wanted. Perfect size for my need, with just enough detail in the hardware and with the shade simplicity gives a modern, eye appealing look. Sturdy, nice quality, well made. Well worth it. Also each fixture came well packaged in a sturdy box. With the bulbs I use, they give off soft even glow, without the glare I was getting from the elaborately ornate ones they replaced, that used the same bulbs. All in all a nice change.
