I made the mistake of purchasing this from your website, only to see later I could’ve gotten it for a fraction of the cost multiple other places. I feel sort of foolish and ripped off. That said, my granddaughter loves the nightlight and it is very cute. I just wish I’d gotten it for $16 instead of $58.

The light is very cute and I love them. However I received a “hard wired” not a “plug in”.
I had to purchase a cord with stripped ends to convert the hard wired to plug in.
Creates a warm and calming atmosphere in my bedroom. Very happy with this item.
As an interior designer, I ordered this fixture for a client, and the color shown on the website was a citron-yellow tone. However, the fixture we received was pine-green glass. While it is still beautiful, it was not what we expected. The follow-up from customer service was helpful, but they did not seem to understand the significant difference between the two colors. I recommend reviewing the color closely before placing an order. Overall, it is a lovely chandelier.
DOCOS was great and Chloe the rep that I was in contact with many times was exceptionally helpful, professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Now for the item itself. For the price it is a beautiful chandelier. The craftsmanship is good but not great. Luckily chandeliers are not something you generally can get very close to. I’m happy with the purchase and I will say the shipping took a while but was extremely well packed. I would buy it again however the main issue I have is with the manufacturer. Obviously it is Asia and the videos on construction and installation are without audio and give no details or direction for any specific model. One size fits all instructional video. There are ZERO paper instructions on how, specifically, mine should hang. Also the model I order is correct I think? There are so many Ginko models that all are close but not the same… I.e. Ginko F is not only larger than the Ginko Q it is totally different in style. I guess what I’m saying is it’s hard to tell what you are actually buying specifically,… the videos are misleading and unhelpful except showing the overall quality of the product. They are light chandeliers compared to most so that is a plus. I would say don’t even attempt to hang this yourself. It isn’t straight forward in how or which way the pieces should be hung? We will figure it out. It will look great once it’s up, I’m sure. However I wish I could have had better directions and specific pictures to my specific size and style prior to purchasing it. It wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t half of what most chandeliers cost. So I guess that to be expected. I will load a video once it is up.
