Die Merovin Deckenleuchte inspiriert sich von einer partiellen Sonnenfinsternis, bei der eine Scheibe über die andere gleitet, anstatt ordentlich ineinander zu passen. Eine Stein-Mondsichel und eine Holz-Mondsichel überlappen sich hinter dem beleuchteten Panel, wobei jede kurz vor der anderen endet, so dass die Kanten von unten sichtbar bleiben. Da nichts zentriert ist, wirkt eine runde Leuchte auf einer flachen Decke nicht wie ein einfacher Zierring. Der flache Aufbau eignet sich hervorragend für Japandi, organisches modernes Design und warm-minimalistische Schlafzimmer, Flure und Eingangsbereiche.
