I like this lamp, and so does my family. The beautiful shades are made of paper, not rice cloth. Overall, this fixture will not disappoint, because it truly is a beautiful floor lamp, and it looks great in my dinning room.

The lamp was packaged perfectly to protect every piece and it was super easy to put together ~ took 20 minutes! I absolutely LOVE this lamp. It provides the perfect amount of light for every mood. We have a fairly large living room with no other light source.

The material is thin: it might better be called a paper lantern than a lampshade. But it was just what I wanted for 'minimalist' (clean lines) 'boho' (tactile and warm). This transformed my condo!

This is a really cute and good quality lamp. Someone else in the reviews suggested swapping the bulb for something warmer and I would strongly recommend doing this for maximum cozy vibes! I got the floor lamp size and it is a perfect little corner floor lamp for our room.
