Inspiration

The Conchavelle Pendant Lamp came from a little shell-covered trinket box that a grandmother brought home from a seaside holiday. Every inch of the lid was pressed with small shells, and in the middle sat a flower made from pink shell petals. It held buttons for years on a bedroom dresser. We turned the box upside down, kept every shell and the flower, and hung it on a twisted cord.

Are the shells real?
Yes. The shade is covered in natural seashells on a ceramic base, so no two lamps are exactly alike: the size, color and placement of the shells vary from piece to piece.
Where does it fit?
At Dia 18cm/7.1″, it is a small pendant. Hang one by a bed in place of a table lamp, over a breakfast nook or in an entryway, or hang two or three in a row over a kitchen island.
How bright is it?
It comes with one high-CRI LED bulb, E26 or E27, in Warm Light (3000K). The ceramic shade sends the light down from its open bottom onto the table or bedside below.
How do I install and clean it?
It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, so we recommend a licensed electrician; the 150cm/59″ cord is adjustable. To clean, turn it off and dust the shells with a soft dry brush, keeping water off the shade.
