What bulb does it use — is E27 the same as E26?

It takes 1 × E27 medium screw base. E27 and the standard US E26 base are cross-compatible, so US E26 bulbs thread right in. Use an LED to keep heat low near the fabric shade, in a 2700–3000K warm white for the softest reading glow. The bulb is not included.

Which shade print will I get — do the patterns vary?

The base is the same glossy oxblood ceramic; you choose the printed fabric drum shade from the current options in the variant selector (bold florals and a multicolor stripe are shown). Because the shade is printed fabric, slight variation in print placement and tone between pieces is normal, not a defect. For a specific print or matched pair, email info@docos.us.

Can I use it in a bathroom, and how do I clean it?

Indoor dry locations only — not for bathrooms with shower steam or outdoor, since the fabric shade isn't damp-rated. Cleaning: wipe the glazed ceramic base with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry it; dust the fabric shade with a soft brush or dry cloth and don't soak it.

Is it plug-in or hardwired?

It's a plug-in table lamp — it has a standard cord and plug and sits on any surface, so there's no wiring or electrician needed. Just add an E27 / E26 bulb and plug it into a standard wall outlet. Indoor dry locations only.
