The Aderyn Table Lamp is a stack of turned wooden toys with a hat on top. Four pieces of ash wood — a round ball, a flat disc, a small dark bead, and a pale knob — are stacked on a spindle the way children's stacking rings are, in two tones of stain. Above them sits a small flared shade in woven fabric with a wavy hem and a dark brown band binding the top and bottom, like a lampshade from a 1970s living room. Lit from within, the weave glows warm and the scalloped edge throws a soft pattern on the table, which is why this ash wood stacked table lamp with woven shade was designed for a bedside, sofa end table, or entry console in mid-century and retro homes.
