The Norvella Wall Sconce sets a milk-white oval glass globe on a short wooden bracket, the way a paper lantern might rest on a shelf. The bracket is cut from walnut-stained ash with a soft wave along its lower edge, and it mounts to a slim rounded steel backplate in brushed nickel or brushed brass. A beaded pull chain hangs from the plate so the light can be switched without a wall control.
