The Vireluna Chandelier starts from a cluster of soap bubbles: the moment when a few dozen bubbles drift together and hold, each catching a different color from the light around it. Here the bubbles are glass, tinted amber, violet, teal, green, rose and blue, and gathered into one rounded bunch at different depths, so no two sides look the same. It hangs from a single cord, the way a bundle of balloons hangs from one string. When the LED is on, light passes through several layers of colored glass before it reaches the room, and the cluster reads as one warm, mixed glow rather than separate points of light.
