Can I dim this chandelier?

Dimming depends on the bulb you choose. If you buy a dimmable bulb, the chandelier will support dimming. The default bulb provided does not support dimming.

What materials is this chandelier made from?

Metal frame with white glass globes. Available finishes are gold or chrome. The glass is opal.

How is this chandelier installed?

It mounts to the ceiling. Maximum power is 40W, voltage is AC 110–240V. See the installation guide for step-by-step instructions.

Can the boom arms be adjusted in length?

Yes. Three boom lengths are provided: 10cm, 20cm, or 30cm (3.9″, 7.9″, or 11.8″). Custom lengths are available upon request.

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched 2–4 business days after confirmation and you receive a tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves. Standard door-to-door delivery (sea freight + UPS final mile) takes about 4–6 weeks; expedited air, 1–3 weeks, is offered at checkout.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
