What are the available sizes for this chandelier?

Four lengths: 37.4″, 47.2″, 59″, and 70.9″. All share the same 5.1″ depth and 1.9″ height. A common guideline is to choose a fixture roughly 12″ shorter than your table on each side.

Is the LED bulb replaceable?

No. The LED strip is integrated inside the curved shade and is non-replaceable. If it fails after warranty, the fixture would need to be replaced.

Can I use this with a dimmer switch?

Yes, the fixture is dimmable. However, a compatible LED dimmer switch is not included. Before purchasing a dimmer, confirm it is rated for integrated LED loads, as standard incandescent dimmers often cause flickering.

What is the light color temperature?

Fixed at 3000K warm white. The color temperature cannot be changed. Wattage scales with size: 38W, 46W, 58W, or 70W depending on length.

How high should I hang it above my table?

Hang the fixture so the bottom of the shade sits 28–34″ above the tabletop for even light coverage.

Is this hardwired or plug-in?

Hardwired to a ceiling junction box. Professional installation is recommended. See the spec sheet: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vw2Gt2pP4ZKkvZrX0bJYO-ajtGHgXaQA/view

Inspiration

The Arvion Flow Chandelier is a linear LED dining chandelier made from a single piece of solid North American black walnut bent into a curved, canoe-like shade that wraps an integrated LED strip inside. The wood is bent — not veneered — so the grain runs continuously across the full curve of the shade. A matching solid walnut ceiling canopy and steel suspension cables complete the hang. Four lengths cover most table sizes: 37.4″, 47.2″, 59″, and 70.9″, drawing 38W, 46W, 58W, or 70W at a fixed 3000K warm white. The shade opens at the bottom to push light down onto the surface below, making it functional as a dining room table light, kitchen island chandelier, or conference table pendant. The overall look is close-grain walnut with no visible hardware on the shade itself — a good fit for organic modern, Japandi, or warm minimalist dining rooms where you want wood texture without ornamental detail.

Key Features

Bent Solid Walnut Shade

The curved canoe-shape shade is bent from solid North American black walnut — not veneer over a form. Grain runs the full length of the curve with no seams on the outer face.

Integrated LED Strip

LED runs the full interior length of the shade at 3000K warm white. Open bottom directs light downward for even coverage across a dining table or island surface.

Four Length Options

Available in 37.4″ · 47.2″ · 59″ · 70.9″ to match your table or island. Wattage scales with size: 38W · 46W · 58W · 70W, all at 3000K.

Size & Fit

All four sizes share the same 13 cm (5.12″) shade depth and 5 cm (1.97″) shade height. The canopy matches the shade length. A common guideline for a linear chandelier over a dining table is to choose a fixture roughly 12″ shorter than the table on each side, or about two-thirds the table's total length.

Integrated LED · no bulb replacement · dimmable (dimmer not included) · hardwired · indoor dry only LED is non-replaceable. If the LED fails after the warranty period, the fixture would need to be replaced. Before purchasing a separate dimmer, confirm it is rated for integrated LED loads — standard incandescent dimmers often cause flickering with LED fixtures. Over a dining table or kitchen island, hang the fixture so the bottom of the shade sits about 28–34″ above the tabletop. Solid walnut will show natural grain variation; keep it indoor and dry.

FAQ

Which length should I choose for my dining table?

A general guideline for a linear chandelier is to choose a fixture about two-thirds the length of your table. The 37.4″ (95 cm) suits a 4-seat table, 47.2″ (120 cm) for a mid-size 6-seat, 59″ (150 cm) for a standard 6–8 seat, and 70.9″ (180 cm) for a long 8-seat table or kitchen island.

Can I replace the LED when it burns out?

No. The LED strip is integrated into the fixture and is not user-replaceable. LED rated lifespan under normal use is typically 25,000–50,000 hours. If the LED fails outside of warranty, the fixture would need to be replaced.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer is compatible?

Yes, the fixture is dimmable. A dimmer switch is not included. You need a dimmer rated specifically for integrated LED loads — standard incandescent or halogen dimmers often cause flickering or buzzing. Check the dimmer manufacturer's compatibility list before buying.

Is the shade solid wood or veneer?

The shade is solid North American black walnut, bent into the curved shape — not a veneer applied over a substrate. Each piece will show natural grain variation. The ceiling canopy is also solid walnut.

How do I care for the walnut wood?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not apply water, oil, wax, or cleaning sprays directly to the wood surface. Keep the fixture in indoor dry locations only — humidity will affect the wood finish over time.

Why Wood Lighting?

Three reasons it feels different.

Light that's softer on the eye

Wood diffuses warm 2700K light across its grain — no glare, no clinical glow. Every bulb feels like late-afternoon sun.

No two pieces alike

Tonal variation, knots, and grain patterns are signatures, not flaws. Your lamp will be subtly its own — and only yours.

Sustainably sourced

We use FSC-certified North American hardwoods and finish with low-VOC oils. Built to last decades, not seasons.

Hands measuring wood with precision tools

Precision in every line

From measurement to finish, woodworking demands a balance of structure and patience. Every cut is squared, every joint dry-fit, every surface hand-sanded to 220 grit before oiling.

Crafted by hand, inspired by nature

Each curve is shaped to honor the grain, not fight it. The result isn't just a lamp — it's a story of patience, passed from craftsman to customer through a single block of wood.

Choose Your Grain

Four hardwoods, four moods.

Most Docos pieces are offered in the four hardwoods below. Pick the species that suits your room — they age beautifully, each in their own way.

White Oak

Warm honey

Open grain, golden tone. The most versatile pick — pairs with every interior style.

Black Walnut

Rich espresso

Deep chocolate hues, ribbon grain. Statement-piece energy in any room.

White Ash

Pale linen

Light, airy, almost Scandinavian. Works in bright minimal interiors.

Black Cherry

Reddish amber

Develops a deeper patina with age — the longer you own it, the better it looks.

Soft warm light from sculptural wood pendant lamps

Naturally Warm Ambience

Light that feels like home.

Wood's organic surface filters and softens illumination — reducing glare, casting a warm, diffused glow. Beyond the look, it adds a tactile, sensory depth you simply can't get from metal or plastic.

The result: every lamp becomes a small architectural moment, not just a fixture.
