LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement. Yes — standard door-to-door shipping is free to the United States, Europe and the UAE. Other destinations see their rate at checkout.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
