What type of bulb does this pendant use?

Each shade uses an E26 or E27 bulb base. A 12W warm-light bulb is included. For replacements, use an LED A19, 2700–3000K color temperature, up to 12W maximum.

Inspiration

The Norvello Pendant Lamp is a campfire tripod with a lantern hung inside it. Three slats of walnut lean together and meet at the top, the way sticks are lashed over a fire to hang a kettle, and their feet stick out a little past the bottom of the shade. Inside the frame sits a plain cone of oatmeal linen, open at the bottom, held at the height where the kettle would swing. The cord runs up from the point of the tripod to a round walnut disc on the ceiling; the three-light version hangs its tripods from one long walnut plank instead. Lit, the linen glows warm through the gaps between the slats and the wood stays dark against it.

Where does the light go?

The cone is open at the bottom, so most light falls straight down onto the counter or table, and the linen glows softly between the slats. Task light for a work surface.
