Inspiration

The Rosso Swing Arm Wall Sconce comes out of the workshop tradition where a lamp is a tool: jointed so it can be aimed, spun from aluminum so it stays light on the arm, and finished in a single saturated color the way machinery used to be. Two knuckles and a tilting head are the whole mechanism — enough to fold flat against the wall or reach across a bed, with nothing added for decoration.

Two-Point Swing Arm
Two pivot joints plus a tilting head — swing it out, fold it flush, aim it. Tighten the electroplated knuckles to hold a position.
Compact 4.7″ Wall Canopy
A flat 12 cm round canopy covers a standard US junction box — small visual footprint, and it anchors the arm's full leverage when extended.
Baked-Finish Dome Shade
A 7.9″ spun aluminum dome in a dust-free baked-paint finish, aimed downward so the bulb stays hidden. On/off switch sits in the shade housing.

The 7.9″ (20 cm) shade, 4.7″ (12 cm) canopy, socket and colors are the same in both sizes. Over a bed, mount the canopy around 50″ (127 cm) from the floor for a directional reading light that frees up the nightstand.

Available Colors

Five shade colors — the aluminum arm, electroplated joints and canopy are the same across all of them. The palette matches the Rosso Floor Light, so the two can run together in one room.

Is a bulb included, and which type?
Yes — a 3000K warm white LED bulb is included. The socket takes E26 or E27 medium base bulbs, so US E26 replacements thread right in. Stick with a low-heat LED, since the bulb sits close to the aluminum shade, and check the wattage on the socket label inside the shade before fitting anything higher.
Is it hardwired or plug-in?
The standard version is hardwired to a wall-rated junction box, switched at the shade. If you need a plug-in version with a cord and plug, email info@docos.us to check availability before ordering.
Will the canopy cover a standard junction box?
The canopy is 4.7″ (12 cm) round, which covers a US standard single-gang box (roughly 3 × 2″) and a 4″ round box. Because the canopy anchors the arm's leverage when extended, it must be fixed to the junction-box studs, not just drywall — an electrician can confirm your box on inspection.
