Inspiration

The Dotelier Ceiling Lamp started from the enamel mixing bowls in a 1950s kitchen, bright red and green, each one painted by hand with rows of small white dots, stacked upside down on a wooden shelf to dry. Set on its rim, a bowl made a neat little dome. We kept that rounded bowl shape and the hand-painted dots, set it on a walnut wood canopy, and hung a round globe bulb underneath.

FAQ
Red or Green?
Red is the boldest and works as a bright accent in a kitchen or kids' room. Green is softer and sits well with plants, wood and white walls. Both come with the same walnut wood canopy.
Will the dots look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but not identical. The dots are applied by hand, so their spacing and size vary slightly from one lamp to the next.
Can it go in a bathroom?
Yes. It is damp rated, so it can go in a bathroom or a covered outdoor area such as a porch under a roof. Keep it out of direct shower spray and rain.
Is a bulb included, and how is it installed?
Yes. It comes with one E26 or E27 globe bulb in warm 3000K light. Since the bulb shows below the dome, use a globe-shaped LED bulb when you replace it. The light is hardwired, so we recommend a licensed electrician for installation.
