No — the cord is a fixed 70.8″ (1800mm), and the inline switch always sits 35.4″ (900mm) from the lamp holder. Custom lengths aren't available for individual orders.

Will it work with any picture frame?

It's best suited to standard-thickness frames — very deep or thick frames may not be fully illuminated by the light.
