Pleated Cavolo Table Lamp – Ceramic

See It In Action

A lamp can illuminate a desk. The Pleated Cavolo Table Lamp does something more considered — the pleated fabric shade catches the light from the LED inside and distributes it through each fold differently, creating a soft, textured glow that shifts as you move around it. It sits on a surface and makes that surface feel more intentional.

Available in Black or White. Both work. Both read as quietly elevated rather than obviously decorative.

Why Cavolo

🎀 Pleated Fabric Shade Each pleat creates a micro-shadow that the light inside activates from the other side — the shade becomes a surface of light and depth rather than a simple diffuser. Even unlit, the pleating gives the lamp a sculptural quality that reads well at any distance.

🫧 Glass Body The glass base anchors the softness of the fabric shade with something clear and grounded — the two materials in contrast make each other more visible. The lamp reads as both delicate and considered.

🔆 Dimmer Compatible From working-light brightness to the gentlest evening glow. Pair with a dimmer switch (sold separately) and the pleated shade does its most atmospheric work at lower settings — each fold catching less light, the overall output warmer and softer.

🌿 Versatile Placement Desk, nightstand, side table, console, shelf — the proportions and the cord length work across all of them. Change the room's feel without changing the room.

Why Texture Matters in a Lamp Most table lamps have a smooth shade — the output is even, predictable, and forgettable. A pleated shade does something different. The folds interrupt and redirect the light in a way that creates micro-variations across the surface, giving the lamp a visual depth that changes depending on the viewing angle and the brightness setting. The result is a lamp that looks more interesting the closer you get to it — which is exactly what an object on a desk or nightstand should do.

Nicely proportioned lamps. Not too large, which makes them a good fit for the bedroom.

Love this lamp! ✨

Although skeptical about ordering something from overseas with this long of a wait time… It is beautiful in person, and totally worth the wait! Super pretty, exactly as pictured - good quality. Expect a lengthy lead time, took a month (to get to Ohio in the United States).

I love this lamp so much! Ive been searching for the perfect lamp for a side table by my couch. Everything I liked was too big or too small, but this is just what I needed! The shade is a little skinnier than I originally expected, but I think it looks great and makes it appear like it takes up less space.
