The Andi is built from three materials that have no business looking this good together: hand-blown glass, a walnut wood base, and brass hardware that catches the light in a way that makes you notice the whole lamp, not just the glow. When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched 2–4 business days after confirmation and you receive a tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves. Standard door-to-door delivery (sea freight + UPS final mile) takes about 4–6 weeks; expedited air, 1–3 weeks, is offered at checkout.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — standard door-to-door shipping is free to the United States, Europe and the UAE. Other destinations see their rate at checkout.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

Can I see it in my room before I buy?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or the dimensions of your room and our designers return a free 3D MAX render of the fixture in your space within 24 hours — no deposit.
