Regarding the Dante Cone Pendant Lamp, if a lighting issue occurs, it is usually the LED driver that fails rather than the LED light source itself.

To properly resolve this, we recommend replacing both the LED module and the LED driver at the same time. This ensures the best performance and helps maintain the longevity of your lighting fixture.

For safety and optimal results, we strongly suggest having the replacement done by a licensed electrician. They will ensure correct installation and prevent any potential electrical issues.
