The Clarette Wall Sconce borrows its shade from pressed ceramic tableware — the fluted, petal-edged rim of an old dessert dish, turned on its side and lit from within. A straight brass arm and round wood backplate keep the rest plain on purpose, so the glaze carries the character. The swivel at the socket comes from workshop task lamps: a fixture meant to be aimed, not just admired. Glazed in six colorways, it reads as a piece of pottery hung on the wall that happens to give light.
One size — compact enough for a single sconce beside a bed or mirror, or to mount in a flanking pair.
