All standard orders ship in Warm White (3000K). If you require Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (6000K), please contact our support team before placing your order.
3000K — Warm, cozy ambiance. 4000K — Balanced neutral white. 6000K — Crisp, bright cool white.
LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement. Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or the dimensions of your room and our designers return a free 3D MAX render of the fixture in your space within 24 hours — no deposit.
