The Ostravia Pendant Lamp is Saturn hung from a string. A round globe of pale sea-salt blue glass sits inside a thin metal ring that circles its middle, tilted a few degrees like the planet's rings, and a two-pronged metal yoke reaches down from above to hold the ring on either side, the way a classroom globe is cradled in its stand. Above the yoke a single black wooden ball caps the fitting, a small dark moon over the planet. Lit, the milky glass glows an even blue-white from the inside and the metal ring reads as a bright line across it.
