Inspiration

The Foldmere Mirror started from a still pool at the bottom of a desert canyon after rain: the water lay flat and clear, while the sandstone around it folded in thick, uneven layers, each one scored with fine lines left by years of wind. We carved those folds by hand around a pool of mirror glass, keeping the ridges and the uneven edge just as the rock had them.
