Integrated LED — long lifespan & ongoing light source service

LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement. When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched 2–4 business days after confirmation and you receive a tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves. Standard door-to-door delivery (sea freight + UPS final mile) takes about 4–6 weeks; expedited air, 1–3 weeks, is offered at checkout.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — standard door-to-door shipping is free to the United States, Europe and the UAE. Other destinations see their rate at checkout.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

Can I see it in my room before I buy?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or the dimensions of your room and our designers return a free 3D MAX render of the fixture in your space within 24 hours — no deposit.
