Due to the large size of the packaging, which exceeds the capacity of standard express delivery services, this chandelier is shipped via freight transportation only. Estimated delivery time is approximately 40–50 days. Please plan accordingly before placing your order.

All standard orders ship in Warm White (3000K). If you prefer a softer glow, a 2700K option is also available on request. 4000K Neutral White and 6000K Cool White are available as well — contact our support team before ordering.
2700K — Very soft, candlelight warmth. 3000K — Warm, cozy ambiance. 4000K — Balanced neutral white.
LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
The standard lamp body color is Chrome. If you prefer Gold, please contact our team before ordering at info@vakkerlighting.com.

Orders are dispatched 2–4 business days after confirmation and you receive a tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves. Standard door-to-door delivery (sea freight + UPS final mile) takes about 4–6 weeks; expedited air, 1–3 weeks, is offered at checkout.
Yes — standard door-to-door shipping is free to the United States, Europe and the UAE. Other destinations see their rate at checkout.
Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or the dimensions of your room and our designers return a free 3D MAX render of the fixture in your space within 24 hours — no deposit.
