Every Docos base is shaped, glazed, and fired by artisans with decades of practice. We fire our stoneware to 1300°C — nearly twice the heat of standard ceramics — giving each piece the density of stone and the smoothness of jade. No two are identical. None of them are accidents.

I looked high and low for the perfect modern minimalist lighting to go over my sink as a part of my kitchen remodel- when I saw these, I knew theyd be perfect and they did not disappoint!!! I wanted something that would look nice when I turned the overall brighter kitchen lights off in the evening and these delivered on that need too. The images of the wood color option has a gold cord, but in one of the customer reviews, the cord is black. Which is it, and/or can we choose?
This lamp's wood-tone version comes in light brown by default (as shown in the main image on this purchase page). If you require black wiring, please let us know after placing your order, and we'll customize it according to your request.
