Inspiration

The Nautivelle Wall Sconce started from a scallop shell picked up on the beach at low tide and propped upright against a sea wall: its ribs fanned out from a narrow hinge, its rim curled slightly forward, and the low evening sun filled the inside of the shell with light. We sculpted that shell in a textured finish, kept the ribs and the curled rim, and set a small light at the hinge so the inside glows the same way.

Small or Large?
The Small (W 24cm/9.4″ x H 30cm/11.8″) suits a bedside wall or a hallway, often in pairs. The Large (W 50cm/19.7″ x H 60cm/23.6″) works as a single statement piece in a living room, above a bed or on a staircase wall.
Pink or Matte White?
Pink gives a warm coral tone for a bedroom or a coastal-style room; Matte White has a lightly weathered rim and suits white, cream or plaster walls.
How bright is it?
It holds one G4 bulb in Warm Light (3000K) with CRI Ra≥97, included. The light fills the inside of the shell and washes the wall around it, so it works as accent and night light rather than reading light.
How is it installed?
It is hardwired to a wall junction box behind the mounting plate and stands 10cm/3.9″ off the wall, so we recommend a licensed electrician.
