Inspiration

The Ormino Disc Table Light takes its shape from the saucer forms of 1960s space-age design — a flat disc balanced on a slender stem, as if it had just come to rest. Where those lamps used opaque metal, Ormino turns the disc to glass so the light reads as a hovering ring rather than a solid mass. A glossy ball finial and weighted domed base finish the silhouette with mid-century proportions. Small, quiet, and made to glow beside things rather than over them.

Can I change the bulb?
No — the 10W LED is integrated into the shade, so there’s no bulb to buy or screw in. It runs at 3000K warm light, and if the LED ever fails the lamp itself is replaced.
How does it power on?
The USB cable plugs into any USB port or 5V adapter, and a push-button switch on the cord turns it on and off. No wiring, no installation, and no dimmer.
What’s the light like — can I read by it?
The glass disc and inner diffuser give a soft, warm, ambient glow — an accent and bedside light, not a bright task light. For reading or close work, add a separate task lamp.
How big is it?
