Inspiration

The Poisonous Mushrooms Table Lamp started from the toadstools in old storybook illustrations, a round, bright cap scattered with pale spots on a short, thick stem, usually tucked under a tree where a fairy or a mouse might live. Kids still point them out on forest walks after it rains. We kept the domed cap, the spots and the sturdy little stem, and made the cap glow from inside.
