How should my electrician prepare for installation?

Because this chandelier weighs between 105 and 158 lbs, standard plastic ceiling boxes will not support it. Your electrician must install a heavy-duty ceiling junction box directly secured to the ceiling joists or use structural blocking. We recommend having your contractor review the specifications before the chandelier arrives.

Is this chandelier dimmable?

Yes. To utilize a dimming feature, you will need to purchase dimmable E12 or E14 LED bulbs and install a compatible wall dimmer switch. The chandelier itself supports dimming as long as these two external components match.

Can the hanging chain be extended for high ceilings?

Yes. The standard chain is 11.8" (30cm), which is perfect for standard ceilings or dining tables. If you are installing this in a double-height foyer and need a longer chain and wire, please leave a note during checkout or email our customization team.

Can this be installed in a bathroom?

This fixture is IP20 Damp-rated. It can be installed in indoor environments with ambient moisture (like a well-ventilated luxury bathroom), but it must never be exposed directly to water. It is not recommended for installation directly over a shower.
