The Crosswick Table Lamp came from an old lantern hanging in a farmhouse kitchen in the Tuscan hills. Its panels had been cut from thick parchment and laced together at every seam with criss-cross stitches, and it hung right above a worn stone sink. We kept the stitched panels and the stone, and stood the lantern on the stone instead of hanging it over it.
