Is this chandelier dimmable?

Two options are dimmable: Triac Warm Dimming requires a TRIAC dimmer switch; Remote Control Dimmer includes a remote control. Standard rotary dimmers are not compatible with the Triac option.

How is this chandelier installed?

Hardwired to ceiling with an adjustable drop cable of 59″, extendable on request. Requires standard wall switch for Warm or Cool Light options, or the included remote for Remote Control Dimmer option.

What is included in the package?

The glass ball version includes spare glass balls. An acrylic ball version is also available and is recommended for easier maintenance and lower risk of breakage during shipping.

Glass balls may occasionally break during shipping, and replacement may require an electrician. If you order this glass version, we will include spare glass balls in your package.

If you select the Triac Warm Dimming option, a TRIAC (Thyristor) dimmer switch is required for smooth, flicker-free operation. Standard rotary dimmers are not compatible.

Both versions look identical. We recommend the acrylic version for most customers — acrylic balls are lighter, resist transit damage, and are easier to replace without an electrician. If you order this glass version, we will include spare glass balls. Either option is available based on your preference.

What light options are available?

The Triac Warm Dimming version — what dimmer do I need?

Can the hanging height be adjusted?
