The Kanso Paper Floor Light extends a right-angle iron arm from a tall vertical pole, suspending a round paper lantern shade by a cord at the end of the boom. The shade's bamboo-like rib frame is wrapped in craft cotton paper, diffusing light from a single E26 or E27 bulb into a soft, ambient glow. Standing 180cm tall on a 25cm round base, with shade sizes of 45cm, 50cm, or 55cm, this floor lamp works well beside a reading chair, in a living room corner, or in a bedroom. The angular iron arm and paper lantern shade suit Japandi and minimalist interiors looking for a sculptural floor light with an arcing silhouette. Available in a cream colorway.

Washi, traditional Japanese paper, is crafted from the inner barks of plants like kozo, mitsumata, and gampi.
