OMG they have nothing good to say about this beautiful chandelier, I could sit and look at it all day. I highly recommend this. The downside to this was that it took us about a few days to put it together, but it was well worth it. Glad we got good value for money.

This chandelier is beautiful. Instructions are simple but assembly is time consuming. It took me a long time to put on each ginkgo leaf. If you have the patience, it's definitely worth every penny and sore fingers haha. I got so many compliments on this chandelier.

I'm remodeling my house and I want more charm. I ordered it to be hung on the large ceiling in the living room. Not only does it look gorgeous, but the price is great for how it looks. You have to be patient to assemble it as there are so many parts to assemble - but it's well worth it

It's not easy to assemble, but it's worth it in the end. (Your fingers will hurt) Mine has not been installed yet (I just got it on Friday) Well worth the money!

I will warn you, it assembles easily with a little time and patience, but don't try hanging it alone. You will lose all patience and strength in your arm and may even break it. So you need to ask an electrician to help install it, it is very beautiful. I purchased, assembled and hung it as a surprise for my wife and she loves it. It is perfect for floor-high ceilings.

Beautiful and very high quality. Each ginkgo leaf must be assembled. It took 3 hours and my fingers were a bit sore. The pieces are woven together like you would put keys on a keychain, so having nails helps! It is also recommended to put on as much as possible before hanging the base and hanging it in the air, otherwise your arms will be tired.

Once assembled and hung, it looks absolutely stunning. But be prepared, assembly will take a lot of time. I spread it out for two days and hubby hung it up without complaining. However it is still quite heavy when assembled. I still recommend assembling it first and then hanging it, because assembly is quite tedious. Overall, I would recommend this chandelier as it looks beautiful, but be aware of the time you need to put it together,

This light fixture is so beautiful! For the price, this is a steal! The only downside is assembly, which is a pain and very tedious. Other than that it's perfect! Very happy with this purchase!

DOCOS was great and Chloe the rep that I was in contact with many times was exceptionally helpful, professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Now for the item itself. For the price it is a beautiful chandelier. The craftsmanship is good but not great. Luckily chandeliers are not something you generally can get very close to. I’m happy with the purchase and I will say the shipping took a while but was extremely well packed. I would buy it again however the main issue I have is with the manufacturer. Obviously it is Asia and the videos on construction and installation are without audio and give no details or direction for any specific model. One size fits all instructional video. There are ZERO paper instructions on how, specifically, mine should hang. Also the model I order is correct I think? There are so many Ginko models that all are close but not the same… I.e. Ginko F is not only larger than the Ginko Q it is totally different in style. I guess what I’m saying is it’s hard to tell what you are actually buying specifically,… the videos are misleading and unhelpful except showing the overall quality of the product. They are light chandeliers compared to most so that is a plus. I would say don’t even attempt to hang this yourself. It isn’t straight forward in how or which way the pieces should be hung? We will figure it out. It will look great once it’s up, I’m sure. However I wish I could have had better directions and specific pictures to my specific size and style prior to purchasing it. It wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t half of what most chandeliers cost. So I guess that to be expected. I will load a video once it is up.

I had a very boring light fixture, not anymore! I bought the painting you see and just wanted something chic to compliment it. I don't know if it's the painting or the light that makes the room right now! It's easy to put in the ceiling, but be prepared for the ginkgo leaves. Putting them on is a tedious task. It took us about 3 1/2 to put it together. But it's still worth it

Adding the ginkgo leaves to the chandelier took a lot of time and when I finished I was skeptical at first. However, once it's up, it looks fantastic! It's well worth it. I like it!

I'll echo what others have said...it's gorgeous, but a huge pain to assemble and install. The instructions were not helpful at all and I ended up having to make the assembly an arts and crafts project and just do what I thought looked good. Of course, when it comes to connecting electrical components, there's no such thing as creativity. We got it done, but my boyfriend and I struggled!

It's a pain in the ass to assemble, but worth the price. Look beautiful and elegant. I bought two to put on my upstairs landing and admire them every time I go up and down the stairs haha

So once it's installed, it's really beautiful. The instructions are few, but if you force yourself and take the time to read them and then evaluate them, it will definitely help the entire process. Make sure to wear the gloves they give you to avoid leaving fingerprints on the crystal. It looked cheap at first, but once fully installed I loved the look of it.

I purchased this chandelier for a craft shed. After a few hours of assembling it, I'm glad I bought it. Ginkgo leaves are beautiful and this style is perfect for large rooms and creates a good atmosphere in the room

This takes a while to complete. Very boring! It helps if you have someone to work with!
