I globi opalini sono decisivi: diffondono ogni G9 in una sfera uniforme senza filamento visibile, il che rende una plafoniera a livello degli occhi sopra un bancone confortevole invece che abbagliante. L'output è moderato a 10W equivalenti per globo, perciò in una cucina funzionale mantenete l'illuminazione sotto i pensili o a incasso per la luce di lavoro e usate questa per l'isola stessa.
