L'applique Clarette trae ispirazione dalla ceramica pressata della tavola — il bordo scanalato e a petali di un antico piattino da dessert, capovolto e illuminato dall'interno. Un braccio in ottone dritto e una rosetta rotonda in legno mantengono il resto intenzionalmente sobrio, così la smaltatura porta tutto il carattere. Lo snodo girevole al portalampada proviene dalle lampade da lavoro da officina: un apparecchio pensato per essere orientato, non solo ammmirato. Smaltata in sei tonalità, si legge come un pezzo di ceramica appeso al muro che illumina.
Una sola misura — sufficientemente compatta per un'applique singola accanto al letto o specchio, o per installarla in coppia ai lati.
