Maravine Glass Ceiling Lamp – Flush Mount

The Maravine Glass Ceiling Lamp is the kind of fixture that makes a bedroom ceiling look like it was considered. Handcrafted glass flows in gentle curves — the jade-green luster catches ambient light from every angle, shifting between translucent and opaque as the viewing angle changes. Warm brass accents frame the glass with a material richness that reads as jewelry at ceiling scale. At 38 cm across and 32 cm tall, the sculptural form hangs with presence without overwhelming the room. Four finishes — Gold, Black, White, and Green — each reading as a different story in the same language.

The ceiling lamp that earns its place as the room's most refined object.

⚠️

Tubular Bulb Only (T10 / T30)
The internal structural tube has an inner diameter of 45 mm. Standard A19 spherical bulbs will not fit — only tubular bulbs (T10, T30 type) are compatible. Please confirm your bulb type before installing.

ℹ️ This lamp provides illumination for approximately 5 square meters — ideal for a bedroom, reading corner, hallway, or bathroom. For larger rooms, use as accent lighting alongside a primary fixture.

Why It Works

🫙 Handcrafted Glass The gentle curves of the glass body are formed by hand — the form flows rather than angles, giving the fixture a softness that machine-made shades don't produce. The jade-green luster shifts between clear and translucent depending on the light angle, making the lamp visually alive throughout the day.

🌕 Warm, Filtered Glow The handcrafted glass diffuses the bulb output gently — light that reaches the room carries the warmth and slight tint of the glass material. The effect is atmospheric and intimate rather than purely functional. Pair with a dimmer (sold separately) for full control from bright to barely-there.

🪙 Brass Detail The brass accents frame the glass with warm metal detail at the canopy and fitting — the contrast between the luminous glass and the solid metal reads as a considered material pairing. Brass connects the fixture to warm-toned rooms; in neutral or darker spaces, it provides the only warm note.

Before & After

Standard Ceiling Light

Plain glass or plastic — smooth and anonymous
No visual interest when unlit
Flat white output — functional but cold
Ceiling reads as a purely utilitarian surface
Room feels complete but lacks a focal point above

With Maravine

Sculptural glass form visible from anywhere in the room
Luster shifts and catches light throughout the day
Warm, filtered glow adds atmosphere to the space
Brass accents create material warmth at ceiling level
Room reads as intentionally designed from floor to ceiling

Where It Works Best

🛏 Bedroom

Centered above the bed, the Maravine creates a warm, intimate overhead light that makes a bedroom feel considered from the moment you enter. The sculptural glass form reads as a ceiling object by day and an atmospheric glow by evening. Pair with a dimmer for full sleep-to-waking control.

Dimmer compatible

🚪 Hallway

In a hallway, the jade-green glass makes an immediate impression before the main room is reached. The compact 5 sqm coverage is perfectly scaled for a corridor or entrance — the glass catches ambient light and the filtered output creates a warm, welcoming first moment.

🛁 Bathroom

Damp rated for bathroom use — the handcrafted glass and brass bring a spa-quality material richness to a ceiling that usually relies on recessed white spots. The warm, filtered output is flattering at face level in a way that direct downlights aren't.

One Fixture, Four Characters

×4

Each room, its own finish — one consistent design language. The same sculptural glass form in four combinations means each room can have a different character while sharing the same refined silhouette. Green + Gold in the bedroom for warmth and depth. White + Gold in the hallway for a clean, classic first impression. Green + Black in a modern bathroom for maximum contrast. White + Black in a contemporary living corner for graphic simplicity.

Green Glass + Gold The signature combination — jade-green glass with warm brass canopy and detail. The two tones reinforce each other: the green luster reads warmer against brass than it does against black. Most impactful in neutral or white rooms.

White Glass + Gold The softest version — opal white glass with warm brass canopy. The combination reads as classic and timeless, almost Art Deco in quality. Produces the most even, neutral light output. Works in any room, pairs with any material palette.

Green Glass + Black The most graphic version — jade-green glass with a matte black canopy and fittings. The contrast is striking: the luster of the glass reads sharper against the dark metal. Best in modern or industrial spaces where the color contrast adds to the room's palette.

White Glass + Black Clean and contemporary — opal white glass with matte black canopy and fittings. The high-contrast combination suits modern interiors that use dark accents. The white glass diffuses warmly; the black hardware gives the fixture a graphic quality without the color of the green versions.
