Caluna Woven Pendant Light – Rattan

Inspiration

The Caluna Woven Pendant Light wraps jute rope around a two-tier metal drum frame, so light slips through the open weave for a soft, warm glow with a subtle striped texture. A single E27 bulb (LED included) hangs from a cord and ceiling canopy. Choose Ø15.7″ to Ø23.6″ in black or natural jute to scale it over a dining table, kitchen island, bedroom, or entry. The woven rope reads coastal, boho, farmhouse, and Japandi. Each shade is hand-wrapped in natural jute, so the weave and tone vary slightly per piece.

Use Case

The Caluna reads as a coastal, boho pendant — jute rope hand-wrapped around a two-tier metal drum frame. The open weave lets a single E27 cast a soft, warm glow with a subtle striped texture, and each shade is hand-wrapped, so it’s a little different on every piece.

Use the Ø15.7″ in an entry, bedside, or nook, and scale up to the Ø23.6″ over a dining table or kitchen island. Pick black jute for a moodier, modern look or natural jute for a warm, coastal one. It hangs from a cord and ceiling canopy and hardwires to a standard ceiling box. The woven rope pairs with wood, rattan, linen, and warm neutral rooms — coastal, boho, farmhouse, and Japandi. The open weave gives ambient light, so pair it with other lighting where you need brighter task light. Indoor dry only. Email info@docos.us for trade pricing or help choosing a size or finish.

FAQ

What sizes and finishes does it come in?

Three sizes — Ø15.7×H11″, Ø19.7×H13.8″, and Ø23.6×H15.7″ (Ø40×H28 / Ø50×H35 / Ø60×H40 cm) — in black or natural jute. Choose size and finish at checkout.

What bulb does it use — is it included?

It uses 1 × E27. E27 is cross-compatible with the standard US E26 base, so US E26 replacements thread right in. An E27 LED bulb is included and fully replaceable, in warm white.

What’s the light like — is it bright?

The open jute weave lets a single E27 through, casting a soft, warm ambient glow with a subtle striped pattern on nearby surfaces — not bright task light. Pair it with other lighting where you need brighter, directed light.

Will mine look exactly like the photo?

Jute is a natural fiber and each shade is hand-wrapped, so the weave, tone, and texture vary slightly per piece — yours will be a little different from the photo. That variation is the nature of natural jute, not a defect.

How is it installed, and can it go in a bathroom?

It’s hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and hangs from a cord and ceiling canopy; a licensed electrician is recommended. It’s certified for North America, Australia, Europe & the Middle East (110–240V). Indoor dry only — natural jute isn’t damp-rated, so not a bathroom with shower steam or outdoors.
