Yes, within 30 days of delivery: uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Email info@docos.us for a return authorisation (RMA) first. Damage or defects on arrival: report within 72 hours with photos and we arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

On a single Venetian island, master glassblowers have shaped molten color into light since 1291. We work directly with these same artisans — fewer than a hundred remain — to bring their fire, breath, and signature into your home.
