The Mosselle Candle Warmer Lamp comes from a small realization: a candle's scent lives in the wax, not the flame. Warming it from above releases the fragrance and leaves the wick untouched, which turns the whole fixture into a piece of furniture rather than something you have to watch. The green ruffled glass shade borrows from Depression-era pressed glass, the beaded horse charms from a keepsake bracelet — details chosen because the lamp sits somewhere you look at often.
This lamp needs a GU10 halogen bulb, 35W or 50W — not LED. The heat from a higher-wattage halogen is what melts the wax; LED bulbs run cool and leave the warmer non-functional. Bulbs and candles are not included.
