Each pillow uses an E26/E27 medium base bulb — LED, Edison, or candle styles all work. E26 (North America) and E27 (EU/global) share the same thread; only voltage differs. We recommend 4–6W E26/E27 LED in 2700K warm white per pillow to preserve the alabaster's natural color.

Can I use a dimmer switch with this chandelier?

Yes, this chandelier is compatible with common dimmers (not included). Check that your chosen LED bulbs support dimming.

How long is the hanging drop?

Drop length ranges from 59″ (3-light) to 138″ (11-light). Cables shorten on-site; for drops beyond the standard max, request extended cable when ordering.

Does this work on a sloped ceiling?

Yes, sloped ceilings up to 15° are compatible. For steeper pitches, a free sloped-ceiling adapter ships with your order — send the pitch angle when ordering.

What size canopy does each configuration have?

Canopy diameter is 7.9″ for the 3-light, 11.8″ for 5-light, 13.8″ for 7-light, 17.7″ for 9-light, and 19.7″ for 11-light. Canopy finishes include black (default), matte brass, brushed nickel, and satin gold.

Is hardwired installation required?

Yes, this chandelier is hardwired and requires a licensed electrician for ceiling install. It mounts with a round canopy and runs on AC 110–240V universal voltage.

What material are the shades made from?

Each pillow shade is hand-carved from natural alabaster with a brass cap. Shades measure 5.9″ × 5.7″ per pillow. How does this differ from the cylinder and petal-dome versions?

Same SKU sizes, same staircase / foyer scenes, three shade options. Pillow (this one) is a soft rounded near-1:1 form — the most organic silhouette, ideal for warm minimalist or wabi-sabi rooms. Cylinder is a smooth elongated cylinder — modern, architectural, gallery-style. Petal-dome has sculpted facet texture — decorative, traditional, transitional. Pick by interior tone, not by size — all three cover the same room scales.

Which size fits my room?

8–10 ft single-story foyer: 3 or 5-light. Standard two-story stairwell (~16 ft well): 7 or 9-light. Tall stairwells or 20+ ft foyers: 11-light. Email us your ceiling height for a free layout.

Does this work with E26 bulbs in the US, or do I need E27?

E26 (North America) and E27 (EU/global) share the same physical thread — only voltage rating differs. The fixture is AC 110–240V universal, so a standard US E26 LED works as-is.

How do I install this on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

Standard canopies fit flat ceilings or pitches up to 15°. For steeper slopes — common over open stairwells — a sloped-ceiling adapter ships free. Send the pitch angle at order.

What's the warranty, and what happens if a bulb fails?
