A Nuvane é uma lua fixada na pedra. Um círculo de vidro, um círculo de travertino, nada mais — a composição veio da laje extraída, onde uma face cortada já se lê como um disco completo de sedimento quente. O travertino é uma pedra cheia de furos, depositada por nascentes minerais ao longo de milhares de anos, e esses poros abertos foram deixados sem preenchimento para que a superfície permaneça honesta contra a curva lisa e selada do vidro. Áspero e polido, sombra e brilho, num único plano.
