A Arandela de Parede Mia em Alabastro partiu de um tecto em estanho prensado numa cozinha antiga de uma quinta francesa — relevos florais trabalhados directamente no metal, suavizados por décadas de polimento. Queríamos essa mesma ideia de padrão retido na superfície em vez de adicionado por cima, por isso a placa de parede transporta as flores como relevos em relevo. A campânula responde a isso: uma campainha desenhada como uma flor em flor, as extremidades das pétalas enrugadas para o exterior. Em conjunto, lê-se como uma pequena peça de ornamento, o tipo que parece que já estava na parede.

Hand-cut alabaster lighting that glows from within — chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and lamps, each carved from a single block of natural stone.
Alabaster can't be moulded or mass-pressed — it is cut. Every shade starts as solid stone and is worked by hand until it's thin enough to glow evenly. That's why no two are the same.
Blocks of natural alabaster are extracted and graded for translucency and the quality of their veining before any cutting begins.
Each block is sliced and turned or carved to form, then hollowed so a bulb can sit behind the stone wall.
The walls are sanded to an even thickness so light passes through without dark patches, then polished by hand.
Fitted with brass hardware and wired to a 120V, ETL-compliant build, then inspected before it ships.

Alabaster is a solid, fine-grained stone with real weight — not fragile in normal use. It is softer than marble, so avoid knocks and harsh chemical cleaners. A soft, dry cloth keeps it looking right for years.
No — and that's by design. Each shade is cut from natural stone, so the veining and tone are unique to your piece. The product photo shows a representative example; yours will have its own distinct veining.
Use a 2700K warm-white LED to bring out the honeyed, candle-like tone in the stone. Cooler bulbs make alabaster look gray. Most fixtures take an E26 or G9 base — check the product page — and dim with a compatible LED dimmer.
