The Orzello Table Lamp started from the amber mushroom lamps of 1970s family rooms, a round dome of orange glass on a thin stem, usually sitting on a walnut side table next to the record player. When it was switched on in the evening, the whole dome turned the color of honey and the room took on the same warm tint. We kept the round dome and the amber color, set it on a small turned ball with a wood grain, and finished the top with a little metal finial, the way those old lamps had.

A few questions we hear most often about how the charging function works day to day.
Most cases up to 5mm thick charge without issue. Very thick cases, magnetic wallets, or cases with metal plates can weaken the connection — remove the case if charging feels slow or inconsistent.
Yes. The touch-dimmer and the charging base run on separate circuits, so adjusting brightness or switching between the three light settings never interrupts charging.
Yes. The lamp functions as a normal light at all times — the charging base only activates power delivery when it senses a compatible device placed on it.
Wireless models use a Qi charging pad built into the base — just set your phone down. USB models have physical USB-A and USB-C ports, which also charge tablets, e-readers, and earbuds cases at full speed.
