Kiely está construida a partir de dos formas que no coinciden completamente: una pantalla de cristal redonda sobre un cilindro de color recto, una suave y otra contundente. Ese desajuste es todo el diseño — la vista se mantiene en movimiento entre ellas en lugar de quedarse quieta. Las pequeñas esferas alrededor de la base vinieron de un conjunto de bloques de construcción infantiles que teníamos sobre el escritorio en ese momento, y se quedaron porque rompían la geometría lo suficiente. La ausencia de cordón fue una restricción deliberada: tenía que ser una lámpara que pudieras recoger.

Ese es el verdadero uso: llévala a la mesa de comedor, balcón, patio o terraza por la noche, y tráela de vuelta adentro. Most cases up to 5mm thick charge without issue. Very thick cases, magnetic wallets, or cases with metal plates can weaken the connection — remove the case if charging feels slow or inconsistent.
Yes. The touch-dimmer and the charging base run on separate circuits, so adjusting brightness or switching between the three light settings never interrupts charging.
Yes. The lamp functions as a normal light at all times — the charging base only activates power delivery when it senses a compatible device placed on it.
Wireless models use a Qi charging pad built into the base — just set your phone down. USB models have physical USB-A and USB-C ports, which also charge tablets, e-readers, and earbuds cases at full speed.
