L'applique murale Elowen en albâtre s'inspire des lumières de galerie d'autrefois — une fine barre qui s'avance au-dessus d'une toile, remplissant sa fonction discrètement. Nous avons conservé la courbe en col de cygne, puis remplacé le volet métallique habituel par une barre de pierre facettée dont les arêtes captent la lumière et dont la surface s'illumine. Allumée, elle cesse d'être un simple équipement pour devenir la source chaude du mur. Éteinte, elle se lit comme une petite sculpture suspendue au-dessus du cadre.
Deux longueurs, même hauteur. En règle générale, choisissez une barre d'environ la moitié à deux tiers de la largeur de l'œuvre d'art ou du miroir en dessous.

Hand-cut alabaster lighting that glows from within — chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and lamps, each carved from a single block of natural stone.
Alabaster can't be moulded or mass-pressed — it is cut. Every shade starts as solid stone and is worked by hand until it's thin enough to glow evenly. That's why no two are the same.
Blocks of natural alabaster are extracted and graded for translucency and the quality of their veining before any cutting begins.
Each block is sliced and turned or carved to form, then hollowed so a bulb can sit behind the stone wall.
The walls are sanded to an even thickness so light passes through without dark patches, then polished by hand.
Fitted with brass hardware and wired to a 120V, ETL-compliant build, then inspected before it ships.

Hang a linear pendant or chandelier roughly 30–36″ above the surface. For a 6–8′ island, size the fixture or cluster to about two-thirds the counter length.
Two-story spaces suit a tiered chandelier — Corbett or Miira. Keep the lowest point at least 7′ off the floor in a walkway.
A wall sconce — Ando, Marmo, Velora — frees the nightstand and adds the soft accent layer. Plug-in versions skip the hardwiring.
A table lamp — Marie, Pico — anchors a reading corner with warm light beside your overheads.

Alabaster is a solid, fine-grained stone with real weight — not fragile in normal use. It is softer than marble, so avoid knocks and harsh chemical cleaners. A soft, dry cloth keeps it looking right for years.
No — and that's by design. Each shade is cut from natural stone, so the veining and tone are unique to your piece. The product photo shows a representative example; yours will have its own distinct veining.
Use a 2700K warm-white LED to bring out the honeyed, candle-like tone in the stone. Cooler bulbs make alabaster look gray. Most fixtures take an E26 or G9 base — check the product page — and dim with a compatible LED dimmer.
