The Magnelle Wall Sconce is a single-bulb wall sconce shaped like a magnolia bud — a white ceramic flower with layered pointed petals opens upward at the end of a curved brass arm, with two small leaves along the stem. The brass arm rises from a round backplate 4″ (10 cm) across, and the sconce is 8.7″ (22 cm) tall with the bloom 5.5″ (14 cm) wide. Because the bud opens upward, the light spreads up for a soft uplight. It projects 7.1″ (18 cm) from the wall and takes one E27 bulb (included).
The Magnelle's ceramic magnolia bud opens upward, so the light throws up and out across the wall and ceiling for a soft, warm uplight rather than a downward task light — good as a bedside sconce above a nightstand, a pair down a hallway, or an accent over a console in a living room or entryway. At 8.7″ (22 cm) tall and 7.1″ (18 cm) out from the wall, it stays compact on a small wall, and the 4″ (10 cm) round backplate keeps the mount tight.
The white ceramic bloom and brass arm with leaf details give it a vintage, cottagecore, French-country look that suits romantic bedrooms, traditional hallways, and floral-leaning living rooms.
